Mine from comet is due today!
Just been on the tracking and the van has been despatched.

Comet have said they could deliver me one on the 27th but the price is £299. Decisions, decisions. I'll think I'll give Comet one more chance to deliver one from their batch coming in today (20th).

Maplins are still selling units to casual customers and not clearing their back orders. It's unethical. Don't use them.

Update: my box has just arrived from comet, didn't expect it so early in the day. Deliveries normally come later in the day here.
Just waiting for it to warm up before I plug it in as it is really cold.

Thanks for all the alerts, without them I would still have been trying to hunt one down!

just got one from Comet, thanks for the info!

Just managed to place order for Foxsat HDR from Comet. I have HR1 postcode. Delivery down for Tuesday 27th.

Will keep fingers crossed........!!

CO-OP now sold out, Maplins have over 600 on back order and the next delivery will not take care of all of these (i was 590 and decided to jump ship to comet) edd now 27th Jan.

Just spoke to Maplin again - they deny having fulfilled later orders in preference to earlier ones, which I know is nonsense.

They are now saying no stock until 23rd.

I've just cancelled my ordered and ordered from Comet instead.
