What a weird setup, you can't get the same answer twice. If their sales are this disorganised what on earth is their after-sales like?

I have tried three times to unsubscribe myself from announcements, via http://www.humaxfoxsat.co.uk/unsubscribeemail.php.

Each time I get told "Successfully removed email address from stock update list. Thanks for using this service and we hope you found it useful.", but the emails keep coming.

Please can the unsubscribe page be fixed? Thanks

Bought a Freesat + and a freesat box today localy. Less than advertised price.

Bought online today from Maplin, was "In Stock" when purchased, rang customer care to confirm, said there are hundreds ahead of me on back-order and they might get it to in Feb, asked when in Feb, not known!!! Tempted to cancel...

Please use the Contact Us page to send your email address or add new coment but please enter your email address in the email field and not ours so we can manually remove it.

I do apologise.

It looks like I was copying the 'to' field from the Alert email, without spotting that it was a generic address rather than my own... and so I was attempting to unsubscribe something@humaxfoxsat.co.uk.

You might want to add some error-checking to that field on your unsub page, so that rather than saying "you have been unsubsribed", it tells the users to check the address...
