I order the
Humax Foxsat HDR from Comet over the internet on 3/2/2009 and
was sent an e-mailed delivery date of 13/2/2009;the Company took the money
from my account immediately. Mid-day On 13/2/2209 Comet's tracking facility
confirmed that the Humax had been despatched - however by 7pm it had not
been delivered. Comet's tracking facility then reported that the delivery
and collection were no longer confirmed? Several telephone enquiries to
Comet the following day revealed that the Courier had (allegedly)
mis-handled the delivery, but that the Humax had now left the Exeter depot
at 05.30 am for delivery that day. However, it still didn't arrive! I have
now cancelled my order and hope to get my money returned.I suspect that I
may be one of many people who are waiting for their money back! STEER CLEAR
OF COMET!!!
