Firstly,I wish to thank you for your useful notification of availability
service. I ordered a Humax Foxsat HDR over the Internet from Homebase at
8.30 pm on Wednesday 18th February 2009.The item was delivered,as promised,
by Argos Direct at 10.20 am today 20th February. What brilliant service!
As you are aware,I had previously ordered through Comet on 3/2/2009, yet
despite e-mail and order tracking confirmations and assurances from several
Comet staff - the Humax was never delivered. I cancelled my order and have
only just received a refund. If this poor treatment of customers is normal
how on earth does Comet stay in business?
